Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 23, 2026

Little Lunas is a division of LunaQuest Academy. These Terms and Conditions applies to all LunaQuest Academy websites, programs, products, and services, including Little Lunas.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Amanda Zepp, doing business as LunaQuest Academy (“LunaQuest Academy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the LunaQuest Academy website, applications, and services, including our products: LunaCalm (emotional regulation and social/emotional learning), LunaStrong (mindset and character development program), and LunaQuest Academy homeschool curriculum (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Parent Accounts
To access the Services, you must create a parent account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 Student Accounts
Parents may create student accounts linked to their parent account for children aged 5 years and older. Parents are not permitted to create student accounts for children younger than 5 years of age. Parents may assign work and lessons to student accounts. Content for children under 5 (including the toddler and preschool curriculum) is accessible only through the parent account.

2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account.

3. PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SUPERVISION
Parents and legal guardians are required to monitor and supervise their children’s use of the Services at all times. By creating student accounts for your children, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) You are solely responsible for determining what content and features are appropriate for your child;

(b) You will actively supervise your child’s use of the platform, including participation in forums and interactive features;

(c) You are responsible for your child’s conduct on the platform;

(d) You consent to the collection and use of your child’s information as described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

4.1 Educational Nature of Services
All products and services offered by LunaQuest Academy, including LunaCalm, LunaStrong, and the LunaQuest Academy homeschool curriculum, are educational resources. We are not licensed doctors, psychologists, or therapists. Our resources are provided for educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Parents and guardians use these resources at their own discretion and are solely responsible for determining what is appropriate for their child.

4.2 Content Access
The Services include both online streaming content and downloadable materials. Certain materials may be downloaded for personal use only, subject to the intellectual property restrictions outlined in Section 8.

4.3 Interactive Features
Our Services include interactive features such as parent-only forums, child-only forums (heavily monitored by our team), learning games, avatars, and digital prizes. For certain membership levels, students may submit work for teacher review and grading. Participation in these features is subject to our Community Guidelines (Section 6) and forum-specific rules that must be agreed to before use.

4.4 Live Events
We offer live virtual and in-person events, including classes, workshops, retreats, and circles for both parents and children. During live virtual events, participants may choose to turn cameras off for themselves or their children. Live circles are not recorded as they involve sharing of personal information. Workshops and retreats may be recorded, and participants will be notified in advance if recording will occur.

Live events are scheduled at our discretion. If you cannot attend a scheduled live event, no make-up dates will be provided. However, teacher conference meetings may be canceled and rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

4.5 In-Person Retreats
In-person retreats may include travel (including cruise travel), physical activities, and group participation. All participants must sign and submit a separate liability waiver before attending any in-person event. Failure to submit the required waiver will result in denial of participation with no refund.

4.6 Teacher Review and Grading
For membership levels that include teacher review and grading services, submissions will be reviewed by our team of teachers and contractors. We do not guarantee specific turnaround times for reviews and grading. All grading and feedback is provided for educational purposes and reflects the professional judgment of our educators.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Pricing and Payment Options
LunaQuest Academy offers multiple payment options: monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, lifetime access subscriptions, and one-time purchases for individual products.

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to modify pricing for new subscriptions, but existing subscribers will maintain their current pricing for the duration of their current subscription term.

5.2 Trial Period
We may offer a trial period for $7 or another designated amount. The trial fee is non-refundable. By signing up for a trial, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

5.3 Subscription Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

5.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. Payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor.

5.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. We may attempt to process payment again at a later date.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

6.1 No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated on the sales page for a specific product. The trial fee, subscription payments, and one-time purchases are generally non-refundable.

6.2 Product-Specific Refund Policies
Certain individual products, such as unit studies or specific resources, may have refund policies stated on their sales pages. If a refund policy is displayed on a product’s sales page, that policy will govern refunds for that product. If no refund policy is stated on the sales page, no refunds will be provided for that product.

6.3 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at amanda@lunaquestacademy.com.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Services through the end of the paid period. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial billing periods.

6.4 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and you will lose access to subscription-based content at the end of your current billing cycle. One-time purchases and lifetime access products remain accessible according to their original terms. Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or data (see Section 10 for data retention).

7.2 Monitoring and Moderation
We reserve the right to monitor all user-generated content, including forum posts, messages, and submissions. Child-only forums are heavily monitored by our team. We have the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate for any reason. We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations of our Community Guidelines.

7.3 User-Generated Content
By posting or submitting content to our Services, including forum posts, assignments, or other materials, you grant LunaQuest Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you post.

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and only collect children’s data with verifiable parental consent. Parents have the right to review, modify, or delete their child’s information at any time.

9.3 Camera Use in Live Events
During live virtual events, participants may choose whether to enable their cameras. Parents may control camera settings for themselves and their children. We respect your privacy choices regarding camera usage.

10. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION

10.1 Data Storage
All user data, including parent and student information, is stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Canceling your paid membership does not automatically delete your account or data.

10.2 Inactive Account Cleanup
We conduct quarterly cleanups of inactive accounts. Accounts that have been inactive and canceled for an extended period may be permanently deleted during these cleanups.

10.3 Data Deletion Requests
If you wish to have your data deleted at any time, you may submit a request via email to amanda@lunaquestacademy.com. Upon verification of your identity, we will delete your data. Please note that deletion of your data will revoke your access to all paid programs, including lifetime access products.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by LunaQuest Academy. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content or services. We strongly advise you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
