We obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children. By creating a parent account and subsequently creating student accounts, parents provide consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of their children’s information as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not require children to provide more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in our Services.

5.6 Forum Monitoring
Child-only forums are heavily monitored by our team. We review forum posts and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our Community Guidelines. Forum posts may be deleted at our discretion to maintain a safe environment.

Data protection laws in the United States may differ from those in your country. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and acknowledge that it will be subject to U.S. law.
Our data is stored with our hosting provider (SiteGround) and in our CRM system (AccessAlly), and email service provider (ConvertKit). These providers may store data on servers located in the United States or other countries.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our Services may contain links and embeds to third-party websites, services, or content that we do not own or control, including YouTube videos, social media platforms, and other educational resources. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party sites or services.

12. COOKIES POLICY
12.1 What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to website owners. Cookies allow websites to remember your preferences, recognize you when you return, and analyze how you use the site.
12.2 Types of Cookies We Use

Plausible helps us understand website traffic, popular pages, and user behavior in an aggregated, anonymous manner.
Functionality Cookies
These cookies allow our website to remember choices you make (such as your username, language, or region) and provide enhanced, personalized features. They may also be used to provide services you have requested, such as watching videos or participating in live events.
Marketing and Advertising Cookies
We use cookies from third-party platforms, including Facebook and Pinterest, to deliver relevant advertisements and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. These cookies may track your browsing activity across different websites to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant ads. These platforms have their own privacy policies governing their use of cookies.

Please note that if you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of our website may become inaccessible or not function properly.
